AsisChem Launches New Streamlined Website with Improved Product Search and E-Commerce Features

Oct 9 2013, 6:05am CDT | by PR.com

Waltham, MA, October 08, 2013 –(PR.com)– AsisChem, the contract medicinal drug and drug discovery and research company co-located in Waltham, Massachusetts and St. Petersburg Russia, announced today the launch of its new website with searchable product profiles and e-commerce shopping functions.

The new design of www.asischem.com greatly accelerates the ability of customers to quickly find and purchase the important building blocks of their research by allowing visitors to identify products and initiate processing of product orders electronically. The updated site also allows customers to share information across social media sites in order to facilitate idea-sharing and research collaboration.

“We are taking our web presence to the next level,” stated Ilya Kuchuk, chief executive officer of AsisChem. “These improvements reflect the strategic effort and commitment of the AsisChem team to deliver top-tier products and services to researchers worldwide. Our current and future customers now can access our leading medicinal drug products through a more user-friendly vehicle.”

AsisChem’s product library offers over 5,000 building blocks and 200,000 research chemicals to aid the drug discovery process for researchers in biotech, pharmaceutical companies and academic institutions. AsisChem supports dozens of customers in some of the world’s leading research institutions, including the National Institutes of Health, Cleveland Biolabs, the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the Cleveland Clinic and Proteologics.

“AsisChem is one of those rare partners who continues to innovate to serve the needs of their customers. In a category filled with vendors who compete only on cost, it is invaluable to have a partner who delivers, not only cost-competitive products and services, but also the necessary know-how and expertise about our business and what it takes for us to succeed,” said Dr. Harold Smith, CEO, CSO and Founder at Oyagen, Inc. (www.oyageninc.com).

AsisChem is exploring additional ways to leverage their St. Petersburg Russia chemists to solve the evolving needs of their growing academic and industry customer-base, including early drug discovery engagements with customers in Europe and Asia.

“People will be hearing from AsisChem for a long time. We are committed to supporting the drug discovery process through innovation and high-impact, low-cost products and services,” said Kuchuk.
