Darling Homes Invites Visitors to Follow Their Noses to Scentsational Home Tour Hosted by Riverstone

Houston, TX, October 15, 2013 –(PR.com)– During the month of October, Houston home buyers are being treated to a scentsational experience at the master-planned community of Riverstone in Fort Bend.

Throughout the month of October, home buyers will experience Riverstone’s “Scentsational Tour of Homes,” including 20 model homes by a variety of builders including Darling Homes.

“Darling Homes is known for its signature scent which is found in each of our homes,” said Shannon Vining, marketing manager for Darling Homes’ Houston Division, “so we’re especially excited to be part of the Scentsational Tour of Homes at Riverstone, where a new ‘secret scent’ will be featured for the tour.”

Each of the 20 model homes on the tour has one room outfitted with aromatherapy essences tailored to its decor. Guests are invited to challenge themselves to discover which room includes the scent for a chance to win prizes.

“Searching for a new home is already an exciting process,” said Vining. “The scentsational tour adds some fun to the mix. It really enhances the touring experience by allowing guests to not only see beautiful homes but participate in a fun contest as well.”

Guests can register to win various prizes throughout the tour. The event goes through Oct. 31. Models will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays.

Darling Homes builds a variety of homes at Riverstone from beautiful patio homes in the community of Kensington, starting from the $330,000s, to its new luxury homes in the gated community of Avalon, starting from the $470,000s.

Kensington showcases patio homes that embody all of the Darling Home features Houston home buyers have come to appreciate, including outdoor living spaces, stunning master suites and floor plans ranging from approximately 2,600 to 4,200 square feet.
